昨天电脑提示安装windows XP Service Pack 3，估计时间很长就没装，早上来了装了Windows XP SP3.是自动更新的，而不是单独下载的。要单独下载的话可以到微软官方去下载或是天空，华军，太平洋等下载站去下载。
Windows XP SP3兼容各种x86版本XP系统，包括专业版、家庭版、媒体中心版、Starter版、Embedded版、Fundamentals版。

　　作为一个补丁升级包，XP SP3的最大任务自然是汇总此前分散发布的各个更新补丁。

在这1000多个补丁中，有114个修正了安全方面的漏洞，另外959个涉及性能和稳定性提升、bug修复、核心模式驱动模块改进、蓝屏死机(BSOD)问题更正等等。

　　XP SP3还提供了不少全新特性，使之不仅仅是一个简单的补丁集合，比如新的Windows产品激活(WPA)模型(安装期间就像Vista一样，可以选择不输入序列号)、网络访问保护(NAP)模块和策略、新的核心模式加密模块、黑洞路由检测功能功能等。

要注意的是windows xp sp3需要正版验证。我用的是OEM版，系统自动更新的补丁，说明OEM版是可以用的。

对于SP3的期待可能由于是某测试机构对测试版的测试说SP3将会提升20%的效率，但是其实正式版本安装后带给你的惊喜是非常有限，也就是是你不会感觉安装一个SP3马上你的机器就快了20%…而且目前实际测试结果也远远没有测试版那样令人惊喜因为SP3仅仅在磁盘读写上稍稍好一点点

但是目前测试发现一个非常的有意思的问题，就是安装过全部补丁的用户安装SP3的速度没有没有安装补丁的而直接升级到SP3快！！！换句话说，没有Update过的用户升级SP3后反而比安装过目前所有补丁的XP快一些…这是为什么呢？问微软吧！

还有一个可以明显感觉SP3性能提升的就是在老机器上，在进入系统前SP3的速度明显要提升一些，但是新机器则相对不明显。

还有在安装某些第3方防火墙的机器上，原先关闭的WINDOWS防火墙安装SP3后会自动打开，这点提醒用户仔细确认一下。

昨天升级了Firefox3.0 发现速度快了很多。尤其是开新标签页，可以说是在瞬间就打开了。

但是发现Firefox3.0升级后，Roboform2.9.88在Firefox3.0下用不了了。于是今天早上到Roboform官网看了一下，有新版本了。并且支持Firefox3.0

其实很早就有人介绍这个翻墙方法了，但以前使用国外空间的朋友并不多，所以没有普及开来。随着越来越多的用户购买了Bluehost、Dreamhost、Hostmonster等国外空间，SSH的强大特性逐渐凸显出来。使用SSH，我们不仅可以通过命令操作实现更多的功能，根据其端口转发的特性，还可以利用Putty这个开源的SSH客户端建立一个独立通道，实现加密的互联网代理访问。

操作步骤如下：

1. 首先需要有一个国外主机的帐号和SSH访问权限（我用的是空间商dreamhost分配的ssh帐号）。

2. 到官方下载Putty完整客户端，（解压到C盘根目录，其他目录也行，putty是绿色软件，不会在注册表里留下垃圾）仅有putty.exe这一个文件不行，因为需要用到plink.exe这个putty的命令符程序。

3.把代理服务器地址设为：127.0.0.1:7070，使Socks5协议的代理，也可以更改为需要的端口。需要使用时请将相关信息正确部署至浏览器、即时通信软件内。

4.先登陆一下putty,目的是在你的电脑里生成一串秘钥。然后在windows命令提示符下输入plink rojoro@rojoro.com -D 127.0.0.1:7070命令，回车，然后根据提示输入密码，回车。（把rojor@rojoro.com改为你的ssh用户名@你的主机名）

5. 开始使用！简单吧？在公司上不了MSN和QQ？试试这种方法。据说还能躲开公司网管的监视！以前我是用(自-由-门 )和(无-界)来翻墙的,用过的都知道,虽然好用,但经常会失效,有了这个就不怕啦!~

Google Labs自然是大名鼎鼎，然而Gmail Labs却是个新东西。Google今天宣布将于六月五日放出这项“功能”。
实际上这不能说是个“功能”，我更愿意把它说成是一个参与的机会，这个举措旨在让用户参与到Gmail的建设中来。Google的“20%自由时间”计划也是非常有名的，每个Google的工程师每周的五个工作日中能有一天自由的时间，可以随意开发自己感兴趣的项目。

对于Gmail这个Google服务的重要成员，自然有很多人在围绕它进行自由开发。

现在Google打算把这些自由项目利用起来，Gmail Labs上线后，用户将可以把Lab里提供的功能添加到自己的帐号中进行体验，并提交反馈，让Google决定是否在Gmail中正式添加这些功能。当然了，体验功能是可以随时移除的。

迅雷是我们常用的下载工具之一，但是我们在使用迅雷时经常有些烦人的广告，那么，我们怎么去掉它呢？修改之前关闭迅雷。

一、去广告
1、打开迅雷的安装目录 我的是C:\Program Files\Thunder Network\Thunder\Program
2、找到gui.cfg文件，然后用记事本打开
3、把它的内容改为：

空白的）
5、修改完后保存，然后重新启动迅雷。

二、 去热门推荐
1、打开迅雷的安装目录C:\Program Files\Thunder Network\Thunder\Profiles
2、找到UserConfig.ini文件，然后打开；
3、找到[Splitter_1]项下面的Pane1_Hide，将其值改为1（原始值为0）
4、修改完后保存，然后启动迅雷。
